Contact the sourcing desk
The inquiry form is the contact path for this site. Send a BOM or item list — brand, model and quantity per line, plus the delivery city — and ask for a line-item quotation.

What a good inquiry contains
The fastest quotations start from complete first messages: the item list with exact model strings, quantities per line, the delivery city for freight, and any service requests — inspection photos, a split shipment, a forwarder handover — stated up front. Inquiries are welcome in English, Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Russian and other languages.
If you are pricing a repeat order, mention the earlier order in the message so the build is checked against it.

What happens to a good inquiry
A complete first message is priced as it stands: each line checked, junctions reviewed, freight added where the city is known, and the whole returned as one quotation with any flags visible. An incomplete message is not discarded — the lines that can be priced are priced, and the gaps come back as specific questions attached to the lines they belong to.
If your list lives in a spreadsheet, paste the rows as text — brand, model, quantity per line is the whole format. Where a model string is hard to read, describe the nameplate or the existing unit in the message and the desk will work from the description.
Common questions
Can I paste a whole BOM into the form?
Yes — paste the lines as text in the message field; brand, model and quantity per line is the format that prices fastest.
What happens after I send?
The desk prices each line, flags anything it cannot supply, and replies with one consolidated quotation.
I only have a partial list — send it or wait?
Send it. Partial lists are priced on the lines present, with specific questions returned for the gaps — a priced partial list is more useful than a perfect list sent later.
