Shipping and logistics — consolidated, international, on your terms
Our carrier set and trade terms, in one place. This page sets out how orders travel: consolidated mixed-model shipments, forwarder delivery, and documentation support.

How orders travel
Our terms run FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW alongside express delivery, with DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS among the carriers used and special-line options for some destinations. Mixed-model orders are consolidated into single shipments, and delivery to a customer-designated freight forwarder is a standard arrangement.
Customs documentation assistance is part of the same service. State the delivery city and the term you prefer at inquiry stage — freight is quoted on the same reply as the goods whenever the destination is known.
State in your first inquiry
- Delivery city and country (freight is destination-priced)
- Preferred trade term: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW or express
- Your own forwarder, if you use one, instead of arranged freight
- Any split-shipment needs across destinations
Terms decide where the desk's job ends
Every quotation names the trade term it is priced on — FOB, CFR, CIF or EXW from the desk's standard set — because the term decides who carries freight, insurance and risk at each stage. A price without a term is half a price; if an inquiry names no term, the quotation states the one it assumed, visibly.
Express shipments run on the named international carriers for small and urgent consignments, and the same discipline applies: the quotation shows the carrier class priced, so a project comparing offers compares like with like.
Multi-city and phased deliveries
Projects rarely land in one city. A single order can split across destinations — head office here, branches there — with each split priced for its own freight picture while the goods prices hold across the whole order. Send the city list with quantities per city and the splits are built into the quotation from the start.
Phased delivery follows the same pattern: quantities per phase, dates owned by the project plan, and the order held as one commercial document while the shipments move in the phases named.
Paperwork is part of the freight
International consignments travel on their documents as much as on the carrier: commercial invoices and packing lists that mirror the cartons, prepared with the forwarder delivery the desk arranges. Accurate paperwork is quoted as part of the job, not treated as the buyer's afterthought.
Where a buyer's own forwarder collects, the desk's role ends at a clean handover — cartons labelled to the order, documents matched to cartons, and the inspection record travelling with the set where inspection was ordered.
Common questions
Can goods go to my own freight forwarder?
Yes — delivery to a customer-designated forwarder is a standard option on this desk.
Are mixed-brand orders shipped together?
Yes — consolidation of mixed-model, mixed-brand orders into one shipment is the default pattern.
Which trade terms can be quoted?
FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW are the desk's standard terms; express delivery is quoted on the named international carriers for suitable consignments.
Can one order deliver to several cities?
Yes — send quantities per city and each destination is priced with its own freight, under one order.
What if the destination changes after quoting?
Say so before the order is confirmed and the freight picture is reworked for the new city; goods prices are unaffected. After confirmation, a destination change is handled as an order amendment — the stated term still governs who carries each stage, and any freight difference is shown before the change is applied.
