Payment and warranty terms
The settlement page: the payment methods accepted on our orders, and the one warranty instruction that applies to every quotation on this site.

Payment methods
We settle through a wide set: T/T, L/C, MoneyGram, credit card, PayPal, Western Union, cash and escrow, in currencies including USD, EUR, JPY, CAD, AUD, HKD, GBP, CNY and CHF. Alibaba Trade Assurance is also a channel. The method and currency for your order are fixed on the quotation, so the settlement you agree is the settlement that runs.
For first orders, many buyers split the decision: a smaller trial quantity on straightforward terms, then project volumes once the inspection and delivery pattern is proven. The desk handles both shapes routinely.
Warranty
Confirm warranty terms with your quote. Warranty handling is agreed per order on the quotation itself, so the terms that apply to your units are written down before you commit — ask for them explicitly if the quotation you receive does not state them.
Keep the quotation with the order paperwork: it is the document that records the agreed terms for the units shipped against it.
Payment methods, in plain terms
The desk accepts bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), MoneyGram, credit card, PayPal, Western Union, cash and escrow arrangements, and orders may be invoiced in USD, EUR, JPY, CAD, AUD, HKD, GBP, CNY or CHF. The method for an order is agreed before the order is confirmed — never assumed from a previous order, because methods carry different costs and timings that belong in the open.
Buyers who prefer a platform-protected route can ask for the order to run with Trade Assurance through escrow-style arrangements; name the preference at inquiry stage and the quotation is structured around it from the first reply.
How terms are agreed per order
Payment terms are part of the quotation, not a separate negotiation that starts after prices are agreed. The returning quotation states the method, the currency and the structure it assumes, so accepting a price and accepting its terms are the same act.
Where a project runs in phases, terms can be structured per phase — each phase invoiced and settled as its shipment is prepared. State the phase plan with the inquiry and the quotation reflects it phase by phase.
Warranty, stated once and plainly
Warranty is handled the way it should be across an honest catalogue: it is a property of the specific goods and the specific order, confirmed in writing for the lines you buy. Confirm warranty terms with your quote.
That discipline protects the buyer as much as the desk. A catalogue-wide promise copied onto every page would say nothing about the line in front of you; a term confirmed against your actual lines, in the order documents, is enforceable in a way a web page never is. Questions about a specific line's cover belong on the inquiry, where they can be answered for that line.
Common questions
Which payment method should a first order use?
T/T is the most common starting point; Trade Assurance is also available as a channel. The quotation fixes the method for your order.
Where are my warranty terms recorded?
On your quotation — confirm warranty terms with your quote and keep the document with the order.
Which currencies can an order be invoiced in?
USD, EUR, JPY, CAD, AUD, HKD, GBP, CNY and CHF are all handled; name the currency on the inquiry so the quotation is built in it.
Can payment be structured per delivery phase?
Yes — phased projects can be invoiced and settled phase by phase; state the phase plan with the inquiry.
