Frequently asked questions

The standard first questions, answered the way the desk answers them in correspondence: what to send, how lists are priced, how inspection and shipping work, and where terms live.

Before you ask

Most first inquiries ask some version of the same six questions. They are answered below in the desk's own terms — briefly here, and in full on the service pages each answer points to.

How answers get priced

Most questions on this page end the same way: send the list. That is not a deflection — it is how a catalogue of this width stays honest. Prices attach to exact strings, quantities and destinations, and an answer given without them would be a number invented for the shape of the question rather than the goods behind it. The quotation that follows a real list is checked line by line, flagged where it must be, and returned as one document you can approve, query or split.

If your question is not answered here, it does not need a special channel: the inquiry form takes free text, and questions are answered in the same reply thread as the quotation they belong to.

Reading the answer you get back

A quotation from this desk mirrors your list in order. Each line comes back priced, flagged, or answered with a question — and the difference matters. A priced line is settled as written. A flagged line is priced, where pricing is possible, with a note attached: read the note before approving the line. A questioned line is one the desk will not guess at, and the question tells you exactly what would settle it.

Nothing is dropped silently and nothing is substituted quietly. Lines the desk's checks suggest adding — the module a host implies, the optic a switch needs — appear after your list as clearly marked suggestions, never merged into it.

Common questions

What exactly does Tavixo sell?

Enterprise IT equipment from third-party brands — networking, wireless, security, servers, storage, voice, video and surveillance lines — sourced and resold to project buyers.

What should my first message contain?

An item list with brand, model and quantity per line, the delivery city, and any service requests. That is enough for a line-item quotation.

Can I mix brands and categories in one order?

Yes. Mixed-brand, mixed-category consolidation is the default pattern, shipped as one order.

Are the products original and brand-new?

That is our stated supply policy — and you can ask for pre-shipment inspection photos of your units before dispatch.

How does warranty work?

Confirm warranty terms with your quote — the terms for your units are recorded on the quotation itself.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Accepted methods include T/T, L/C, PayPal, credit card, Western Union, MoneyGram and escrow; the method for your order is fixed on the quotation.

Can orders go to my freight forwarder?

Yes — delivery to a customer-designated forwarder is a standard arrangement.

A model I need is not on the site — can you quote it?

Name it in the inquiry. If it sits inside a supplied brand's range, it will be priced; if not, it is flagged on the quotation.

Can I ask about a product that is not on the site?

Yes. If it sits within the categories this desk sources — networking, computing, communications, surveillance and meeting-room equipment — send the details and it will be checked and answered plainly, including when the answer is that it cannot be sourced here.

Do you publish a price list?

No — prices attach to exact model strings, quantities and a destination, and they move with sourcing conditions. A published list would be wrong more often than right; a quotation against your actual list is the reliable document.

Can an order mix brands freely?

Yes — mixing brands across categories is the normal shape of an order here. The basket is checked as a system, consolidated into one shipment, and quoted as one document.

What if I only need one small item?

Small and trial orders are a stated part of the desk's work. Send the single line with its quantity and destination; it is quoted on the same terms of care as a container-sized list.

How are partial shipments handled?

As you instruct. The default is one consolidated shipment; if you want confirmed lines to move first, say so and the quotation splits its freight picture accordingly.
