CCTV and surveillance cameras for commercial sites

Surveillance is one of our headline categories — camera lines for offices, warehouses, campuses and perimeters, quoted as a schedule.

Quote the schedule, not the single camera

Surveillance orders arrive as schedules: so many bullets for the perimeter, domes for the corridors, a PTZ for the yard, plus recording. Send the schedule with mounting notes and the desk prices it as one order, folding recorder lines into the same quotation where the design names them.

PoE is the usual power and data path for camera estates. If the switching is part of the same project, put it on the same BOM — camera counts drive the PoE budget, and the desk checks both together.

Camera schedule checklist

  • Camera type and count per location (bullet, dome, PTZ)
  • Indoor or outdoor mounting, and any low-light requirement
  • Recording: channels and retention the design names
  • Whether PoE switching is in the same order

A schedule is a site walk on paper

Good camera schedules read like a walk around the site: the gate, the yard, the loading dock, the corridors, the cash office. Each position carries its camera type and its reason — identification at the gate, overview in the yard, detail at the till. Schedules written that way price accurately because the desk can see what each line is for.

Retention is the hidden line. Recorder capacity follows from camera count, resolution and the days of footage the design keeps — and it is the line most often missing from a first inquiry. State the retention the design names and the recording lines join the quotation sized to it.

Common questions

Can recorders be included?

Recorder lines are folded into the camera quotation where the design names them — include the channel count in the inquiry.

Do you supply cameras for warehouses?

Yes — warehouse and perimeter schedules are a standard brief; state mounting heights if the design fixes them.

Can the recorder be sized from the camera schedule?

Yes — camera count, resolution and retention days are the three inputs; state them and the recording lines are quoted to match.
