IP phones and VoIP endpoints for office estates
Desk phones are one of our headline categories — this page covers the SIP endpoint lines from our listed voice brands.

The voice brands on this desk
Four of the brands in our navigation are voice specialists: Grandstream, Fanvil, Yealink and Polycom all carry desk-phone ranges, and Yeastar covers the PBX side. Phone orders usually ride with the switching for the same office — put the PoE switches on the same BOM and the power budget gets checked against the phone count.
Name the model and the count per location. Where phones must match an existing estate, say which PBX or platform they register to, so compatibility questions surface at quotation time, not at installation.

Phones are bought by the estate, not the desk
A phone order is an estate order: counts per floor or per site, a model mix — reception consoles, standard desk phones, meeting-room units, cordless or door phones where the design calls for them — and one platform behind them all. Send the estate shape and the quotation prices the mix as a system, not as a pile of handsets.
Spares belong on the list. Phone estates lose units to damage and growth; a small spare count of each model, ordered with the estate, is far cheaper than emergency single units later. If the design has no spare line, consider adding one before the order closes.
Common questions
Which phone brands can you supply?
Grandstream, Fanvil, Yealink and Polycom are the listed voice brands. Send the model string and count per model.
Can phones and PoE switches ship together?
Yes — and it is the recommended pattern, so the switch power budget is quoted against the actual phone load.
Can different phone models mix on one estate?
Yes — model mixes by role are the normal estate shape. Send counts per model and the platform they register to.
