Smart office solutions — the fit-out in one order
Smart office solutions are one of our main categories. This page gathers the fit-out lines — rooms, voice and wireless — into one brief.

An office fit-out is one project, not five orders
A floor fit-out touches the same desk five times if it is bought piecemeal: wireless for the floor plate, phones for the desks, cameras and panels for the rooms, switching underneath all of it. Bought as one brief, the pieces are checked against each other at quotation stage — PoE budgets against phone and AP counts, panel freight against the delivery schedule.
Brief by floor or by room schedule: counts per room type, desk counts, AP counts, and the switching they hang off. The quotation returns as one order with room and floor lines visible.
Fit-out components
The fit-out junctions are the project
Fit-outs fail at junctions: the panel that cannot see the codec's output, the phone count that outgrows the closet switch, the AP plan that ignores the ceiling grid. A one-order fit-out brief gets those junctions checked at quotation — panel inputs against room systems, phone and AP counts against PoE budgets, camera positions against switch ports.
The brief that enables the checks is a room-and-floor schedule: rooms by type with their equipment, desks by floor with their endpoints, coverage areas for wireless. Precision about the building beats precision about models at this stage; models can be settled per line on the quotation.
Common questions
Can a whole floor be quoted at once?
Yes — floor-by-floor briefs are the standard shape for this page.
Does the desk check component fit?
At quotation stage the lines are checked as a set — power budgets and counts are the usual catches.
Can a fit-out order include the network cabling hardware?
Racks, PDUs, modules and the switching layer are all catalogue lines here — include them in the brief and they are quoted with the rooms they serve.
