Interactive conference panels for meeting spaces
All-in-one interactive displays are a standing line in our catalogue — sourced here in the Horion and Maxhub ranges.
Two panel brands on this desk
Horion and Maxhub both sit in the brand navigation with interactive display lines, and interactive smart conference panels are a supply category in their own right. Panel inquiries should state screen size, wall or mobile stand mounting, and whether the panel runs the room's video calls itself or pairs with a separate codec.
Panels are freight-sensitive: sizes and quantities drive the shipping quote, so include the delivery city at inquiry stage rather than after pricing.
Panel inquiry checklist
- Screen sizes and count per size
- Wall mount or mobile stand
- Standalone panel or paired with a VC system
- Delivery city for the freight line
Size the panel to the back row
Panel sizing is a viewing-distance decision: the farthest seat sets the diagonal, and content type sets the rest — a panel read for spreadsheets works harder than one showing slides. Briefs that state room depth and typical content get sizes that hold up in the room, not just on the price line.
Touch changes the mounting conversation. A touch panel at presentation distance wants different placement from a display-only screen, and mobile stands change freight and installation planning. State the interaction the room expects and the mounting follows from it.
Common questions
Which panel brands are listed?
Horion and Maxhub are the interactive display brands in our navigation.
Can panels and cameras ship together?
Yes — whole-room orders consolidate; see the smart office page for the combined range.
Can panels be quoted without the rest of the room?
Yes — sizes, counts, mounting and the delivery city are enough for a complete panel quotation, freight included.
